1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Readix or any other service provided by Evidra ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of Readix

Readix is a compliance validation tool designed to assist users in checking invoices against EU e-invoicing standards. Important limitations:

  • Not legal advice: Readix is a technical tool, not a legal advisor. Results should not be construed as legal, tax, or financial advice.
  • No guarantee of regulatory acceptance: Validation results indicate technical compliance but do not guarantee acceptance by any tax authority or regulatory body.
  • User responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your invoices meet all applicable legal requirements in your jurisdiction.

3. Payment and refund policy

Payments for Readix packages are processed securely through our payment provider. All prices are listed in EUR.

  • Payments are non-refundable once validations have been used
  • Unused validation credits in a purchased pack do not expire within 12 months of purchase
  • If you experience a technical issue that prevents use, contact us at team@evidra.online and we will work to resolve it

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Evidra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of Readix.

Evidra's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the Service's underlying systems
  • Submit malicious content or attempt to disrupt the Service
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties

6. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

7. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
