1. What data we collect

Evidra collects minimal data necessary to provide the Readix validation service. Invoice content uploaded through Readix is processed entirely in-memory and is never stored after validation completes.

When you contact us via our contact form or email, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message solely to respond to your inquiry.

2. How we use it

Invoice data is used exclusively for compliance validation purposes. Specifically:

  • To run the compliance checks you requested
  • To generate your validation report
  • Data is discarded immediately after the session ends

Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your message. We do not subscribe you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
